We are looking for detail-oriented and analytical candidates to support delivery routing and scheduling operations. The role involves planning delivery routes, managing scheduling changes, coordinating with operational teams, and helping ensure efficient and timely delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and schedule daily delivery routes to support timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Optimize routes based on delivery windows, workload, and vehicle utilization.
- Manage last-minute changes, scheduling conflicts, and operational exceptions.
- Coordinate with operations teams and stakeholders to resolve routing issues.
- Monitor delivery schedules and proactively address potential delays.
- Maintain accurate records, update operational systems, and prepare reports.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and follow client standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Key Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Valuable computer skills and ability to learn new software and routing platforms.




- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after training.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time-sensitive tasks.
- Willingness to work shifts aligned with Australian business hours.

Work Schedule & Shift Requirements:

- 100% Work from Office (WFO) - 5 Days a Week.
- 10:30 AM–6:00 PM Australian Eastern Time (AET).
- Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday, as per business requirements

Candidate Requirement:

- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, route planning, dispatch, transportation coordination, scheduling, or supply-chain operations.
- Experience with routing software, GPS tracking, or transport management systems is an advantage.
- Prior experience supporting international clients is preferred.
