Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retired Bank Officer based in Tiruppur. The role involves evaluating loan portfolios and NPAs, reviewing documentation, and providing expert insights on recovery strategies. The individual will liaise with banks, financial institutions, and borrowers to support negotiations, settlements, and restructuring plans.

Daily tasks include monitoring accounts under recovery, preparing reports and recommendations, and supporting due diligence for distressed asset acquisitions.



The role also includes guiding internal teams on banking procedures, compliance norms, and best practices derived from prior banking experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Loans expertise, including experience in credit appraisal, loan documentation, and NPA management.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with borrowers, bank officials, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess proven Business Relationship Management skills to maintain and develop professional relationships with financial institutions and partners.
- Candidates should possess working knowledge of banking regulations, recovery processes, and legal aspects related to stressed assets.
- Previous experience as a bank officer or in a similar banking role, preferably with exposure to NPAs or recovery, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Tiruppur, handle field visits when required, and prepare explicit, structured documentation and reports.
