- Conduct pre-formulation studies, API characterization, and excipient compatibility studies.
- Perform literature search, patent review, and Reference Listed Drug (RLD) evaluation.
- Develop and optimize formulations for immediate-release and modified-release products.
- Execute development, scale-up, exhibit, registration, and validation batches.
- Troubleshoot formulation and process-related issues during development and manufacturing.
- Support technology transfer activities and commercial manufacturing.
- Evaluate product performance through dissolution, disintegration, hardness, friability, assay, and stability studies.
- Prepare and review development documents, protocols, reports, specifications, and technology transfer packages.
- Collaborate with Analytical, Production, Regulatory Affairs, QA, and Supply Chain teams.
- An individual would be working for Domestic/ ROW market only.
