Freshers | MSc Organic Chemistry

What you'll do

▸ Run reactions, work-ups and purifications under a scientist's guidance

▸ Repeat and optimise known routes; record results accurately

▸ Keep lab notebooks up to date and follow lab safety practices

What you bring

▸ MSc Organic Chemistry (2025/2026 pass-outs welcome)

▸ Hands-on lab skills from your MSc project or internship

▸ Basics of TLC, column chromatography, NMR/HPLC

⚗️ RESEARCH ASSOCIATE (3 openings)

2–3 years | Process Chemistry

What you'll do

▸ Run multi-step syntheses and route development independently

▸ Optimise processes for yield, purity and cost

▸ Support scale-up batches and write process reports

▸ Guide Research Assistants day to day

What you bring

▸ MSc Organic Chemistry + 2–3 years in process chemistry (pharma, API, CRO/CDMO or specialty chemicals)





▸ Strong synthesis and purification skills

▸ Good interpretation of NMR, HPLC, GC and MS data

? RESEARCH SCIENTIST (2 openings)

5–7 years | Process Chemistry

What you'll do

▸ Lead route scouting and design for new molecules

▸ Own process optimisation and scale-up from lab to pilot

▸ Lead tech transfer to production

▸ Lead and mentor a small team

What you bring

▸ MSc/PhD Organic Chemistry + 5–7 years in process chemistry

▸ Track record of scaling routes to kilo-lab or plant

▸ Strong grasp of mechanisms, process safety and impurity control

▸ Team leadership experience
