About the Role

As a Relationship Manager (WFH), you will play a pivotal role in expanding the reach of the National Pension System (NPS). Operating remotely, you will act as the key point of contact for institutions, corporate clients, and decision-makers, driving awareness, financial literacy, and adoption of NPS across organisations.

Key Responsibilities

- ? Institutional & Corporate Acquisition: Pitch, negotiate, and onboard corporate institutions, SMEs, and HR/CXO decision-makers to adopt Corporate NPS.
- ? Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, build a healthy pipeline of prospective institutional accounts, and achieve monthly onboarding targets.
- ?️ Virtual & Remote Engagement: Conduct online awareness sessions, webinars, and virtual presentations for employees and stakeholders to educate them on NPS benefits and tax savings.
- ? Relationship Management:



Build and maintain long-term relationships with key client accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding, servicing, and higher subscriber participation.
- ? Process & Compliance: Assist clients with digital registration, documentation, and coordination with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

- ?️ Language Skills: Fluency in Kannada (strongly preferred) and English.
- ? Experience/Skills: Robust track record in corporate sales, institutional business development, or client relationship management.
- ? Remote Capability: Self-motivated, disciplined, and equipped to manage daily client interactions and pipeline tracking via CRM/virtual tools independently.
- ? Communication: Exceptional presentation, consultative selling, and interpersonal skills.
