Lexus Mumbai is hiring a Relationship Manager (Vile Parle, Mumbai)

Luxury isn’t just a product. It’s an experience, and we’re looking for someone who can deliver it. We’re growing our Lexus team and searching for a Relationship Manager who can build lasting relationships with premium clients and HNIs, guiding them from enquiry to a memorable vehicle delivery.

What you’ll do

✔️ Present Lexus vehicles and arrange personalised test drives

✔️ Convert enquiries into bookings and achieve sales targets

✔️ Build long-term client relationships that drive loyalty and referrals

✔️ Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Registration and Delivery teams

✔️ Maintain CRM/DMS records and sales reports

Who we’re looking for

? 2–5 years in automobile sales or luxury customer relationship management





? Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus)

? Robust communication, negotiation and follow-up skills

? Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM and DMS

? Experience in luxury/premium automotive, luxury retail or high-end CRM preferred

? Valid four-wheeler driving licence preferred

? Location: Vile Parle, Mumbai
