Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business loan growth and acquire recent MSME and self-employed customers.
- Build and manage relationships with business owners, promoters, CFOs and key decision-makers.
- Generate business through DSA networks, branch banking and sourcing partners.
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable Business Loan and Overdraft solutions.
- Drive cross-selling of Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, Life Insurance and General Insurance.




- Manage portfolio quality and identify opportunities for loan top-ups.
- Achieve business targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Experience in Business Loans / SME / MSME lending.
- Strong understanding of the Mumbai market.
- Expertise in customer acquisition and DSA management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to drive business growth and achieve targets.
