Job Title: Regional Business Lead - Radiotherapy Devices Sales

Location: Regional positions (Delhi / Mumbai / Chennai / Kolkata)

Reporting To: Business Head - Medical Devices

About the Role

Medikabazaar is looking for a dynamic sales qualified to drive growth in the Radiotherapy and Oncology Devices segment. The role involves developing business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and achieving sales targets across hospitals, cancer centres, and healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of Radiotherapy and Oncology equipment across assigned territories.
- Identify and develop opportunities with hospitals, cancer institutes, and healthcare chains.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Conduct product presentations and engage with Radiation Oncologists, Hospital Administrators, Procurement Teams, and Biomedical Engineers.
- Support tender participation, proposal preparation, and project execution.
- Build strong relationships with customers and OEM partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming healthcare projects.

Desired Experience





- 10-15+ years of medical device sales experience.
- Exposure to Radiotherapy, Oncology, Imaging, or other capital medical equipment preferred.
- Experience in handling institutional sales and government tenders is an added advantage.

- Linear Accelerators (LINAC)
- IGRT, IMRT, VMAT, SRS, SBRT Systems
- Brachytherapy Systems
- Treatment Planning Systems (TPS)
- Radiotherapy QA & Dosimetry Equipment

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
