Candidate Profile
▪️ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a team handling role.
▪️ Must be currently working in Oncology or have at least 1-2 years of Oncology experience.
▪️ Strong exposure to key Oncology accounts, KOL management, and business development.
▪️ Demonstrated success in delivering business growth and leading field teams.
▪️ Excellent leadership, coaching, and strategic planning skills.
