Role Description This is a full time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role based in Indore.

The Recruitment

Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines for various roles within the organization. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, drafting job postings, and supporting employer branding initiatives.

Specialist will also assist in onboarding new hires and coordinate training and orientation activities to ensure a smooth integration into the company. Regular reporting on recruitment metrics and continuous improvement of recruitment processes are key parts of this role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills for managing full-cycle talent acquisition.
- Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Communication skills to evaluate candidates and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Training and onboarding skills to support new joiners and facilitate orientation programs.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and basic HR practices is beneficial.
- Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in construction or infrastructure sectors, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple requisitions, and maintain organized documentation.
