Role Description The Recruiting Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The intern supports the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with job postings, communicating with applicants and hiring managers, scheduling and following up on interviews, and helping organize onboarding and initial training activities. The role also involves preparing basic recruitment reports, updating internal databases,
and collaborating with the HR team to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Recruiting and Hiring to support end-to-end talent acquisition activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Communication to interact professionally with applicants and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training support, including coordinating sessions and assisting with onboarding documentation.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with using MS Office or similar tools; familiarity with applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
- Interest in HR, recruitment, or business consulting for startups and MSMEs; prior internship or project experience in HR is a plus.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
