Role Description The Recruitment Development Manager will work full time on-site in Mathura, focusing on building and growing the Tied Agency Channel. The role involves sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new agency partners, as well as planning and executing recruitment activities to meet hiring targets. The manager will design and deliver training and development programs to enhance agent performance, product knowledge, and sales effectiveness.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring recruitment metrics, supporting agents with guidance and coaching, coordinating with internal stakeholders,



and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance standards. The role also requires continuous market mapping to identify potential talent and opportunities for expanding the agency network.

Qualifications

- Solid communication skills, including the ability to present, influence, and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Skills in training and development, with experience in designing and delivering training programs or workshops.
- Hands-on recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Knowledge of the insurance domain, preferably life insurance, and understanding of agency-channel operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a postgraduate qualification in management or HR is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in sales, recruitment, or agency development, ideally within financial services or insurance.
- Ability to work with targets, analyze performance data, and implement improvement plans.
- Proficiency in basic office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort with digital recruitment platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment and training initiatives simultaneously.
