We are hiring a seasoned recruiter to support talent acquisition for our India site. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for local roles and sync closely with our China HQ.
Must-have:
✅ Fluent Mandarin & English (daily communication with China team)
✅ Currently live in India, or legally eligible to work in India
✅ 2+ years recruitment experience, auto/manufacturing hiring experience preferred
✅ Familiar with Naukri, LinkedIn and India talent landscape
What you do
Full cycle recruitment, candidate sourcing, stakeholder alignment, KPI tracking and market intelligence collection.
