Role Description The RE Consultant Analyst is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Pune, with flexibility for some work-from-home. The role involves supporting renewable energy consulting projects across Solar, Wind, Hybrid, and BESS, including data collection, technical and financial analysis, and preparation of client-facing reports and presentations. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with feasibility studies, financial models for rooftop and ground-mount projects, open access and group captive structures, and evaluating RFQs and developer proposals.





The analyst will help draft and review project documentation such as PPA and SHA inputs, contribute to engineering design and quality assurance workflows, and track project progress and performance metrics. The role also requires close coordination with senior consultants, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables and high-quality advisory services.

Qualifications

- Solid analytical skills with experience in financial modelling, project feasibility analysis, and performance assessment for renewable energy projects.
- Technical understanding of Solar PV, Wind, Hybrid and BESS systems, including basic engineering concepts, grid connectivity, and open access or group captive frameworks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools; ability to prepare clear reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal and client use.
- Knowledge of RE100, Net-Zero, decarbonization strategies, and regulatory aspects related to PPA, EPC contracts, and open access policies in India is highly beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Energy, Sustainability, Finance, or a related discipline; prior internship or work experience in renewable energy consulting or power sector is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment, managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations
