We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 3–7 years of experience in corporate interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets for interior fit-out projects.
- Handle quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and cost control.
- Manage vendor quotations, comparison statements, and negotiations.
- Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills.
- Coordinate with design, project, and procurement teams.
- Monitor project costs and ensure work is completed within budget.
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in corporate interior fit-out projects.
- Solid knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, billing, and cost management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant estimation tools.
