Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality outcomes throughout the application lifecycle. The role requires applying comprehensive business and functional insights to design and implement thorough testing strategies. This includes overseeing the execution of tests, managing defect resolution, and continuously improving quality processes to meet project goals and stakeholder expectations.

Collaboration across teams and proactive problem-solving are key aspects of daily activities to maintain seamless quality assurance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies that align with project objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive quality standards.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must have Instanda Platform Experience
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Low Code Application Development.
- Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans and strategies within application development environments.
- Robust knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, testing frameworks, and defect management processes.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and workflows to identify potential quality risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate quality processes seamlessly into the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation in quality engineering practices.
