Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage overall quality and operations of sewing machines
- Establish and maintain quality standards throughout production.
- Ensure products meet buyer specifications and quality requirements.
- Identify recurring quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with production, merchandising and other departments to ensure quality compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in garment manufacturing, preferably in a quality management role.
- Solid knowledge of garment construction, inspection procedures and quality standards.
- Experience handling buyer requirements and quality audits.
- Excellent team management and problem-solving skills.
