### About the Role

AIS Technolabs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Manual QA Tester who can ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong manual testing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify, document, and track bugs throughout the software development lifecycle.

### Key Responsibilities

- Perform manual testing of web applications, mobile applications, and software products.
- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to understand testing needs.
- Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Identify, document, and report bugs with explicit steps to reproduce, expected results, and actual results.
- Track defects and coordinate with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct retesting and regression testing after bug fixes.
- Verify application functionality, usability, and compatibility across different browsers and devices.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, project managers, and other team members to ensure product quality.




- Maintain test documentation and provide regular updates on testing progress and defect status.
- Participate in requirement discussions and contribute to improving testing processes.

### Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Manual Software Testing.
- Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Experience in preparing and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Good knowledge of functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing.
- Experience in defect reporting and tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or similar platforms.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into effective test scenarios.
- Basic understanding of web technologies, APIs, and client-server architecture.
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

### Preferred Qualifications
- Experience testing web and mobile applications.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to automation testing concepts is an advantage, but strong manual testing skills are essential.
