⏳ Experience: 8–12 Years (Chemical / FMCG / Fragrance & Flavour)
? Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
? Work Type: On-site (Office)
What You Will Do
- Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Development: Identify and build strong partnerships with suppliers for aroma chemicals, essential oils, natural ingredients, and specialized packaging.
- Commercial Negotiation & Cost Control: Drive competitive pricing, negotiate MOQs and credit terms, and implement cost-saving procurement strategies.
- Quality & Compliance: Partner with R&D; and QC to ensure raw materials meet strict quality standards, IFRA regulations, COA, and MSDS requirements.
- Packaging & Vendor Accuracy:
Work closely with vendors to strictly maintain labeling standards, chemical names, and batch identification.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Planning: Manage reorder levels, buffer stock, and consumption trends to maintain uninterrupted production schedules.
- Team Leadership: Lead the procurement team, track vendor KPIs, and drive continuous operational improvements.
What We Are Looking For
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Chemistry, or related field (MBA in SCM is a plus).
✅ Experience: 5–10 years in procurement within Chemical, FMCG, Fragrance, or Flavour industries.
✅ Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of aroma chemicals, essential oils, packaging materials, and IFRA standards.
✅ Tech Savvy: Proficiency in ERP systems (Tally Prime / SAP) and Advanced Excel.
✅ Core Skills: Exceptional negotiation, cost management, data analysis, and team leadership abilities.
