Role Overview A person in this role will manage the entire life cycle of Purchase Order, Vendor Relationships, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage Purchase Orders.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships while coordinating transporters, and internal teams for smooth logistics.
- Co-ordinate with Accounts/Finance team for timely vendor payments.
- Generate and manage E-Way Bills and shipment documentation.
- Maintain procurement records,



vendor documents, and reports.

Education and Experience Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Engineering, Arts or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Purchase Department of any large organization
- Robust follow-up skills, ownership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Zoho Books/ SAP (any other ERP software)
- Experience with E-Way Bills and logistics coordination.
- Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
