Role Description The Property Manager – Bangalore role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including coordinating check-ins and check-outs, supervising housekeeping and maintenance, and ensuring all units meet brand standards.

The Property

Manager will manage vendor relationships, handle guest issues and escalations, and ensure timely resolution of operational concerns. This position also requires monitoring occupancy, assisting with inventory and supplies,



supporting local implementation of pricing and operational strategies, and providing regular updates and reports to the central team. The role is customer-facing, with a strong focus on delivering a seamless, high-quality experience for both guests and property owners.

Qualifications

- Strong property operations skills, including facility oversight, vendor coordination, and basic maintenance follow-up.
- Customer service and hospitality skills, with the ability to manage guest interactions, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple properties, schedules, and on-ground tasks efficiently.
- Basic technical proficiency to use property management systems, mobile apps, and digital communication tools.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Prior experience in property management, hotels, serviced apartments, or short-term rentals is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, including occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as operations require.
- Relevant education in hospitality, real estate, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
