Role Description The Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Thrissur and kochi, responsible for guiding clients through property selection, purchase, and investment decisions. Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective clients, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable properties, and conducting site visits. The role involves explaining project features, pricing, and terms, managing inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.

Consultant will coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process, follow up on leads, and support clients from initial contact through closing and post-sale service.





Qualifications

- Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable real estate solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, including explicit verbal interaction and professional written communication.
- Customer service orientation, with a focus on building trust, handling queries, and providing timely support.
- Proven sales skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing property transactions.
- Knowledge of real estate markets, property valuation basics, and local regulations relevant to Thrissur and Kerala.
- Ability to work on-site, conduct property tours, and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Basic proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM systems) and willingness to learn new tools.
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or consulting is an advantage.
- Relevant educational background in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
