Role Description The Project Manager for Australia Opportunities will oversee end-to-end project execution related to Australian immigration and visa applications. This full-time, on-site role based in Australia involves planning and coordinating client cases, managing timelines, tracking documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and internal processes.

The Project

Manager will liaise with expeditors, inspection teams, and logistics partners as needed, while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.



Daily responsibilities include monitoring case progress, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, preparing status reports, and contributing to process improvements that enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including Project Management, Expeditor, and Expediting, to plan, track, and deliver client cases on schedule.
- Experience with Inspection and quality control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance of documentation and application files.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management to coordinate movement of documents and manage dependencies between internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, teams, and external partners in a clear and professional manner.
- Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented manner, with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Previous experience in immigration services, consulting, or international projects is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field; relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are beneficial.
