Role Description The Project Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Faridabad.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and progress tracking for manufacturing and supply chain initiatives.

Responsibilities include coordinating with expeditors, logistics teams, inspection staff, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and adherence to budget and scope. The role involves identifying and mitigating risks, resolving operational bottlenecks,



and maintaining clear communication through status reports, review meetings, and documentation.

The Project

Manager will also contribute to process improvements, support client requirements, and ensure projects align with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience with Expeditor and Expediting activities, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials and services.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality assurance practices in manufacturing or related industries.
- Competence in Logistics Management, including coordination of transportation, inventory, and supply chain operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing projects in manufacturing, FMCG, or similar high-volume production environments.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
