Role Description The Project Manager – Civil will be responsible for managing and overseeing construction projects from initial site mobilisation to final project completion. This full-time, on-site position is based in Chennai and requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and project management capabilities.

The role involves planning and monitoring project schedules, managing site operations, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site engineers, and ensuring projects are delivered within approved timelines and budgets.

The Project Manager will also be responsible for monitoring construction quality, managing resources, controlling project costs, ensuring safety compliance, resolving site-related challenges, and preparing project progress reports and documentation.





Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
- Minimum 4 years of overall construction experience, including 2–3 years in high-rise residential or commercial building projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, RCC structures, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing activities.
- Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, construction management, and site execution.
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, BOQ preparation, material management, and subcontractor billing.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards, quality control procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project or Primavera.
- Understanding of BOQ, BBS, DPR, project MIS, and progress reporting.
- Strong leadership, communication, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project activities and ensure timely project completion within approved budgets.
