Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial interiors, construction, fit-outs, or commercial real estate projects.

The candidate will be responsible for managing workspace projects from planning and execution to final handover. This role requires strong project coordination, vendor management, site supervision, quality control, and cost management skills to ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and timelines.

The Project Manager will work closely with internal teams, architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor commercial office interior and fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
- Prepare project schedules, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Supervise daily site activities and coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Manage procurement, material planning, logistics, and timely delivery of project requirements.




- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and approved specifications are followed.
- Monitor project costs, control expenses, and minimize delays and material wastage.
- Track project progress, identify execution challenges, and implement timely corrective actions.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, BOQs, work orders, and handover records.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
- Ensure timely completion and handover of projects in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in project management, commercial interiors, construction, or office fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, scheduling, and expediting.
- Experience in contractor coordination, vendor management, procurement, and logistics.
- Knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, budgeting, material planning, and project documentation.
- Ability to conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship, quality, and safety compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Robust problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and project planning or management tools; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site across project locations in Pune.
