About the Role

We are looking for a Project Lead to work alongside Technical Architects in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise software solutions. The role combines team leadership and hands-on development, with a focus on building reliable systems and maintaining engineering standards, while delivering effective solutions for enterprise clients.

Salary: ₹10-15 LPA, based on suitability and experience

Key Responsibilities

- Solution Architecture & Design: Translate business requirements and High-Level Designs (HLDs) into detailed Low-Level Designs (LLDs), service architectures, API contracts, domain-driven data models, and actionable engineering tasks.
- Multi-Tenant Architecture & Integrations: Design secure, scalable multi-tenant systems with robust tenant isolation, RBAC/ABAC, data privacy, and audit logging. Lead integrations with ERPs, payment gateways, identity providers, third-party APIs, messaging brokers, and Generative AI/LLM services.
- Full-Stack Development: Build and maintain clean, performant, and resilient production code across frontend applications and backend microservices, setting technical standards for the team.
- Engineering Standards & Reliability: Enforce best practices across the SDLC, including Git workflows, code reviews, CI/CD, automated testing, documentation, and observability. Oversee performance, scalability, security, availability, and fault-tolerance testing.
- Project Execution: Translate architectural designs into sprint backlogs, technical tasks, and manageable work packages. Support sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and post-mortems to ensure effective execution.




- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop software engineers, conduct technical reviews, promote technical ownership, and identify effective ways to use AI to improve engineering productivity.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise clients, partner vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders, translating technical concepts into explicit business outcomes.
- Talent Acquisition: Participate in engineering recruitment through technical evaluations, interview assessments, and candidate interviews.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 6–8 years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role managing engineering teams of 5–10 people.
- System Design & Architecture: Strong expertise in distributed systems, RESTful microservices, event-driven architectures, multi-tenant cloud applications, tenant isolation, and RBAC/ABAC. Experience designing platforms serving 100,000+ users or millions of records.
- Full-Stack Development: Hands-on experience with modern backend and frontend technologies such as Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Django), Java,



Go, React, Flutter, or equivalent frameworks.
- Data Management: Advanced knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and data migration strategies.
- Enterprise Integrations: Experience integrating third-party APIs, ERP/CRM systems, payment gateways, identity providers (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, Keycloak), messaging brokers (Kafka, Redis), and Generative AI/LLM services.
- Cloud & DevOps: Practical experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
- Observability & Reliability: Experience with structured logging, metrics, distributed tracing, performance testing, security, high availability, and fault tolerance.
- AI & Domain Expertise: Experience building AI-driven products using LLM integration, RAG, or agent workflows is an advantage. Healthcare domain experience, including clinical systems, HMS/EMR, and FHIR/ABDM integrations, is also an advantage.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong mentoring, code review, stakeholder management, and team-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with enterprise clients, vendors, and executive leadership.
- Agile Execution: Ability to translate business goals and architectural designs into clear sprint backlogs, technical tasks, and realistic milestones.
