Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Head to manage daily Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Collection & Transportation activities at our PCMC, Pune project. The candidate will be responsible for managing fleet operations, manpower deployment, route planning, operational efficiency, and coordination with municipal authorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day MSW Collection & Transportation operations, ensuring timely door-to-door waste collection.
- Plan and monitor vehicle deployment, route adherence, fleet utilization, and trip completion.
- Supervise operations supervisors, drivers, helpers, and field workers.
- Monitor manpower attendance, productivity, and workforce allocation.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize vehicle breakdowns and downtime.
- Monitor GPS tracking, fuel consumption, and fleet performance.
- Prepare daily and monthly operational MIS reports and monitor KPIs.
- Coordinate with PCMC officials and internal departments to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and contractual requirements.




- Identify opportunities for operational improvement, cost optimization, and productivity enhancement.

Qualification &

• Experience
- Graduate in any discipline • Engineering or relevant Diploma preferred.

- 5–8 years of experience in MSW Collection & • Transportation, Waste Management, Fleet Operations, Logistics, or Municipal Operations.

- Proven experience managing large field teams and vehicle fleets.
- Experience in municipal corporation projects, particularly PCMC or similar MSW projects, will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate ProfileA hands-on operations skilled with strong experience in MSW Collection & Transportation, fleet management, and large-scale manpower handling, capable of independently managing field operations and ensuring efficient service delivery.

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in Municipal Solid Waste Management projects.
