Roles and Responsibilities:

- Maintain an integrated view of priorities, milestones, value, capacity, dependencies, risks, decisions, and delivery status across concurrent projects and workstreams.
- Assign projects and workstreams based on complexity, capacity, business timing, stakeholder requirements, and relevant domain experience.
- Establish project lifecycle standards, governance calendars, stage-gate expectations, reporting practices, decision logs, RAID standards, and delivery playbooks.
- Lead portfolio reviews, delivery-assurance reviews, readiness assessments, and escalation forums; recommend reprioritization, recovery actions, resource trade-offs, and leadership decisions.
- Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers while managing workload, delivery quality, stakeholder challenges, capability building, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Partner with sponsors, Finance, Operations, IT, Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, HR, Change Enablement, and external partners to resolve ownership gaps and delivery conflicts.
- Ensure projects define measurable outcomes, accountable business ownership, benefits baselines, adoption plans, operational handoffs, and credible benefits-tracking approaches.

Skills Required:

- 8 - 12 years of relevant project, program, portfolio, PMO, transformation, or supply-chain delivery experience.
- Robust program management experience across complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global or matrixed organization.




- Proven experience as a Project Manager managing integrated plans, scope, resources, risks, dependencies, financial baselines, change control, and operational handoffs.
- Portfolio management experience covering prioritization, sequencing, capacity planning, portfolio-level dependencies, executive reporting, and delivery assurance.
- Demonstrated digital transformation leadership involving evolving requirements, interdependent workstreams, measurable business outcomes, and organizational adoption.
- Ability to lead and coach Project Managers, influence senior stakeholders, facilitate decisions, and resolve issues without relying solely on hierarchical authority.
- Strong command of governance, stage gates, RAID management, perks tracking, executive communication, and value-at-risk reporting.

Good to Have:
- Experience with delivery governance, portfolio governance, and stage-gate operating models.
- Experience defining and reporting key metrics for portfolio health, delivery performance, benefits realization, capacity, and risk exposure.
- Supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, planning, logistics, warehouse, systems implementation, or operational-transformation experience.
- PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, or comparable certification.
- Fluent business English with experience communicating delivery status, risks, decisions, and recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor's degree in project management, business, supply chain, engineering, operations, information systems, finance, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
