Trevion Consultancy Private Limited is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Coordinator – Interior to join our growing team in Ahmedabad.

? Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

? Experience: 2–3 Years

? Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day interior project execution activities.

- Supervise site activities to ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Review interior drawings, layouts, BOQs, and material specifications.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality of work.
- Ensure materials, manpower, and resources are available as per project requirements.




- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress, issues, and delays to management.
- Coordinate for timely resolution of site-related technical and execution issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of interior execution and finishing works.

- Understanding of civil and interior drawings.
- Strong site coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
- Valuable problem-solving and team coordination abilities.
