About The Opportunity

- It is an ERP-led business transformation and implementation organization, helping clients move from fragmented processes to integrated, standardized operations. With deep domain expertise across Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution, and Service industries, they integrate and automate business processes on global ERP, CRM, and HR platforms, and have built proprietary solutions to close process gaps.
- The Program Manager will lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs for clients across multinational companies, large Indian corporates, and fast-growing family-owned mid-sized businesses (₹200–800 crore range), with a strong focus on Compliance and Corporate Governance.

Role &
- Responsibilities

- Drive Executive Conversations: Lead, influence, and drive strategic conversations with C-suite executives, business heads, and partners to secure buy-in and align expectations.
- Lead Enterprise Transformations: Direct complex implementations across Software/ERP platforms (Microsoft, SAP), including surround technologies and other custom solutions.
- Facilitate Governance &
- Alignment: Own the project schedule, scope, and governance framework — chairing steering committee meetings and cross-functional workshops.
- Manage RAID &
- Risks: Proactively identify, articulate, and mitigate program risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) during stakeholder reviews.
- Onshore Leadership: Operate effectively in an onsite/onshore model (80% presence),



driving daily face-to-face collaboration with client teams.

Skills &

- Qualifications

Must-Have

- 10+ years of core project and program management experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to drive complex conversations between business users and technical teams.
- A stable, progressive career track record — preferably 1–3 organizations, with at least 80% of total tenure spent at a single organization.
- Proven delivery experience within tier-1 tech integrators and consulting firms, such as IBM, Wipro, TCS, CTS, Infosys, HCL, Capgemini, Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, etc.
- Expert knowledge of program governance, budgeting, and structured deployment frameworks.
- At least 8–10 years of single, continuous tenure with a Top Tier company.

Preferred

- Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs across complex software, ERP, and CRM implementations.
- Background in working with clients from non-ERP or fragmented-system environments.
