About us
We are a print-on-demand factory making personalized photo products — photobooks, canvas prints, magnets, and more — for customers across India. We are a young, growing team that takes pride in premium print quality and fast turnaround.
About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Production Team Leader to run our factory floor day to day and make our products faster and better.
You will:
- Run daily production — plan the day's work, assign tasks, keep photobook and canvas orders moving, and make sure dispatch targets are met.
- Speed up how we make things — look closely at how photobooks and canvas are produced, find the slow steps, and fix them: better workflow, simple jigs or fixtures, tools, materials, or machine settings.
- Keep machines working — check equipment daily, spot problems early, do basic troubleshooting, and work with vendors/service technicians when needed.
- Lead the team — train operators on the best way to do each job, check quality (print, finishing, alignment, packaging),
and step in on the machines yourself when things get busy.
Who we're looking for
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in printing, photo products, photobooks, canvas, binding/finishing, or a similar production setting. A print background is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working on the floor and operating machines — this is not a desk job.
- Practical problem-solver: you can look at a slow process and figure out how to make it faster.
- Some experience leading, training, or guiding a small team.
- ITI / diploma / degree in printing or a technical field is a plus — hands-on experience matters more to us than certificates.
