Role Description The Production Operations Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. This role includes planning and coordinating production schedules, managing resources, and monitoring workflow to meet operational targets and client requirements.

The Production Operations

Leader collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues, implement process improvements,



and maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards. The position also involves tracking key performance indicators, preparing operational reports, and guiding team members to achieve productivity goals. This leader works closely with management to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement within the production environment.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in production planning, operations management, and workflow optimization.
- Experience with process improvement, quality control, and performance monitoring in a production or operations setting.
- Strong people management capabilities, including team supervision, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and communicate clearly in verbal and written form.
- Proficiency in using operational tools, reporting systems, and basic data analysis for decision-making.
- Relevant experience in a production, manufacturing, or service operations environment; exposure to recruitment or professional services is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of working in office, handling fast-paced environments, and adhering to safety and compliance standards.
