About the Role
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and energetic Production Coordinator (Fresher/Intern) to join our Show Team. This is an excellent prospect for someone looking to begin their career in the VFX industry and gain hands-on experience in production coordination, outsource management, and production workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Show Team with day-to-day production coordination and related activities.
- Support outsource coordination and follow up with external vendors to ensure timely deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track task progress and meet project deadlines.
- Maintain production trackers, records, and status updates.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.
- Support the team in managing production schedules and other administrative activities.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.

- A basic understanding of the VFX pipeline and production workflows is preferred.
