Role Description The Production Assistant Intern will support the production team across pre-production, on-set, and post-production activities. This internship is a hybrid role based in Delhi, India, with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks may include coordinating schedules and logistics, assisting with equipment setup, managing production documents, supporting quality checks on footage and edits, and communicating with internal teams and external partners.

The intern will help organize shoots, track project progress,



and contribute to smooth client delivery while learning industry-standard workflows and tools.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Production Assistance, including organizing shoots, managing logistics, and supporting the production workflow.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control, focusing on reviewing outputs, identifying issues, and ensuring deliverables meet brand and technical standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service, including clear communication, professionalism, and responsiveness to client and stakeholder needs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Editing, with basic familiarity with video editing software and an eye for pacing, continuity, and visual storytelling.
