Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer with 2–4 years of experience in product design and development. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design aesthetics, materials, colors, finishes, and manufacturing processes.

Proficiency in 3D design and rendering software is a mandatory requirement. The candidate should be capable of translating design concepts into detailed 3D models and realistic product visualizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative product concepts and designs aligned with the brand’s design direction.
- Create product designs for leather accessories, writing instruments, stationery, and lifestyle products.
- Prepare sketches, design concepts, mood boards, colour palettes, and material boards.
- Create 3D models, renders, and product visualizations for design presentations.
- Develop CMF options for new product collections.
- Research market trends, materials, consumer preferences, and competitor products.
- Work closely with the design, sourcing, merchandising, and product development teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to ensure design feasibility and product quality.
- Support prototype development, sample reviews, and design revisions.
- Prepare technical drawings, product specifications, and design presentation decks.
- Ensure consistency in product aesthetics, functionality,



quality, and brand identity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design or Accessory Design.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in product design and development.
- Mandatory: Proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering software, such as Rhino, Fusion 360, Blender, or equivalent tools.
- Positive knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or CorelDRAW.
- Strong understanding of materials, colors, textures, finishes, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to develop creative concepts and translate them into production-ready designs.
- Strong visualization, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in lifestyle accessories, leather goods, writing instruments, stationery, consumer products, or gifting products.
- Knowledge of product prototyping, sampling, and vendor coordination.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual design, 3D modelling, rendering, and product development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced design environment.

Please note: A portfolio demonstrating 3D modelling and rendering skills is preferred and will be an added advantage.
