Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and innovative Toy Designer/Product Designer to join our agile product development team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing fun, engaging, and educational toys that captivate children’s imaginations. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing new toy products from ideation through to production.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate innovative toy concepts and ideas that align with market trends, consumer insights, and brand strategies.
- Create detailed sketches, 3D models, and prototypes of toy designs using CAD software and other design tools.
- Collaborate with engineers, manufacturers, and other team members to ensure designs are feasible, safe, and cost-effective.
- Conduct research on current trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to inform design decisions.




- Present design concepts and prototypes to internal teams and stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Ensure all designs meet safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality guidelines.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Toy Design, or a related field.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in toy design, product design, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, 3D modeling, and prototyping techniques.
- Creativity: Strong creative skills with the ability to generate unique and engaging toy concepts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
