We're hiring: Product Design & Operations Manager | Safe-Hub India | Faridabad, Delhi NCR

Safe-Hub India is looking for someone to own our programmes end to end, from design and coach training to delivery oversight and impact measurement, as we build our first Indian flagship Safe-Hub.

Since 2022, we've been delivering football-based youth development in schools and communities in Faridabad, through EduFootball, the PlayMaker Fellowship, life skills, health and wellbeing, and employability pathways. Now we're adapting Safe-Hub's proven global model to the Indian context and preparing recent programmes for the flagship.

In this role, you will:

- Adapt global programme components to India, grounded in community needs and participant insights
- Develop curricula, session plans and coach manuals in English and Hindi
- Train, mentor and performance-manage our coaches, PlayMakers and facilitators
- Oversee delivery across schools, community sites and the future flagship, on time, to standard and within budget
- Own our MEL framework and data systems, and turn data into impact stories for donors, partners and global teams
- Keep child and youth safeguarding at the centre of everything we do

You may be the person we're looking for if you have:




- 12+ years in programme design, curriculum development, and training and mentoring young people
- Experience overseeing programmes across multiple sites, including teams, schedules and budgets
- Hands-on experience designing and running MEL systems
- Proficiency in English and Hindi
- Familiarity with operating in a start-up or growing non-profit
- A firm commitment to safeguarding A plus: sport-for-development, coaching or life skills/employability experience, work with global teams, and hands-on use of AI productivity tools.
