Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Procurement Manager role based in Mumbai.

The Procurement

Manager will oversee end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing materials and services across multiple business units, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely availability of critical resources. Daily responsibilities include conducting supplier market research, evaluating vendor proposals, negotiating commercial and contractual terms, and maintaining accurate purchasing records and reports. The role involves collaborating closely with project, operations, finance, and legal teams to align procurement strategies with business goals,



optimize costs, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

The Procurement

Manager will also monitor procurement performance, identify process improvements, and support risk management and sustainability initiatives within the supply chain.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Procurement and Supplier Evaluation skills to manage sourcing, vendor selection, and supplier performance effectively.
- Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation and Contract Management skills to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess pricing, total cost of ownership, market trends, and procurement data for informed decision-making.
- Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or materials management, ideally within construction, engineering, energy, mining, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-makers.
- Proficiency in procurement systems or ERP tools and strong MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications in procurement or supply chain (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) are an advantage.
- Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, in office environment.
