You’ll make a difference by:

- End-to-End Order Process & Customer Service Representation
- Independently manage quotations and proforma invoices for SAARC customer orders and Direct Export orders from India.
- Process and monitor orders with manufacturing units in Germany and the USA, ensuring timely material allocation and dispatch readiness.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, internal teams, and overseas manufacturing units.

- Advanced LC Orders Execution & Trade Compliance Handling

- Review, interpret, and validate Letters of Credit independently to ensure operational feasibility and compliance.
- Prepare, verify, and submit all export, import, and merchant trade documents strictly as per LC terms.
- Ensure adherence to LC timelines to avoid discrepancies, penalties, or delayed collections.
- Handle and resolve bank discrepancies and queries, coordinating corrective actions proactively.

- Shipment, Logistics & Risk Management

- Coordinate with freight forwarders to plan and execute shipments aligned with LC conditions and shelf-life requirements.
- Ensure timely availability of documents on portals and manage release of original documents for payment collection.
- Review and validate invoices, packing lists, and AWBs before shipment movement.




- Ensure PRE-ALERT documents are shared accurately with customers for smooth customs clearance.

- Trade Finance, Reporting & Governance

- Prepare merchant trade payment collection documents and submit to corporate finance for payment collection for partner bank and coordinate with Corporate Finance and partner banks for realization.
- Monitor outstanding collections and proactively track payments.
- Prepare and analyses MIS reports related to collections, back orders, and shipment status for management review.
- Liaise with the GBS team for timely MTO clearance submissions, particularly for TCS cases.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with internal trade finance controls and processes.

Your success is grounded in:

- Minimum Qualification: B.Com.
- Good communication skills and analytical skills are seen as important skills in carrying out the job responsibilities.
