Role Description The Procurement Manager is a full time, on-site role based in West Delhi, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procurement of medical devices, equipment, and related supplies. Day-to-day activities include identifying and evaluating suppliers, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery aligned with project and tender requirements. The role involves negotiating contracts, monitoring supplier performance, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

The Procurement

Manager will collaborate closely with biomedical engineers, international business teams,



and leadership to support competitive bids, optimize costs, and ensure that all materials meet technical specifications. This position also requires maintaining accurate procurement records, analyzing purchasing data, and continually improving procurement processes and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong procurement and supplier evaluation skills, with experience in sourcing and managing vendors for medical devices or healthcare products.
- Candidates should possess contract negotiation and contract management skills to secure favorable terms, manage risk, and ensure adherence to agreed conditions.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical skills to assess pricing, quality, and delivery performance, and to support data-driven decision-making.
- Relevant experience in healthcare, medical devices, or international trade, especially in tender-based procurement, is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in procurement or supply chain are an advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, proficiency in MS Office and ERP or procurement software, and a detail-oriented, organized work approach.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and uphold high ethical and compliance standards.
