Role - Process and Training Analyst

PDX TMO Engagement

This engagement is with a client undergoing a major product data transformation. They are consolidating product data from multiple enterprise systems into a single governed platform, affecting between 1,000 and 3,000 people across their divisions and regions. AIM Consulting is leading the Transformation Management Office (TMO) for this program — responsible for change management, data governance activation, process standardization, and training.

This role supports both the process and training workstreams under the direction of AIM’s onshore team.

Who they work with: This role reports into two onshore leads depending on the work at hand. For process and governance work, direction comes from the Governance and Process Lead, who owns all process mapping judgment and finalizes process deliverables. For training work, direction comes from the Change Lead, who owns all instructional design decisions, curriculum structure, and final content review. This role handles production, documentation, and build work under that direction.

Business

English proficiency is required for written documentation and onshore calls.

Employment and location: Noida Office.

Core responsibilities

Stakeholder data collection, segmentation, and analytics in support of the change impact assessment. L2 process map write-up and documentation — the onshore Governance and Process Lead conducts the analysis and directs the content;





this role formats, documents, and publishes in BSC’s repositories. Confluence and SharePoint documentation — maintaining working documents, version control, and repository organization throughout the engagement.

Metrics tracking and data packaging in support of weekly status reporting. Jira updates and milestone tracking as directed.

Base course content drafting from outlines and source material provided by the Change Lead. eLearning module setup and build work — tool and template configuration, module structures, and content production as directed.

Foundation work that the full training build later in the engagement will draw from.

Skills needed: Solid documentation and writing skills in English.

Comfortable working with structured data, segmentation outputs, and analytical frameworks. Confluence and SharePoint proficiency required.

Jira familiarity preferred. eLearning build tool proficiency in at least one major platform — Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or equivalent — and ability to adapt to client’s preferred tool once confirmed. Process mapping expertise and instructional design expertise are not required — both stay with the onshore leads.

What this role needs is a disciplined, production-oriented mindset: the ability to receive clear direction from two different leads, switch between process documentation and training content work, and consistently produce clean, well-organized output.
