Role Description This is a full-time, remote Presales Telecaller role focused on booking public speaking engagements for FANTASTIQO Education Pvt. Ltd. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective clients, institutions, and organizations to introduce FANTASTIQO’s educational offerings and public speaking programs.

The Presales

Telecaller will qualify leads, schedule appointments and bookings for speakers, and maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM or tracking system. The position includes coordinating with internal teams to understand program details, preparing basic call scripts, and providing timely updates on lead status and booking outcomes.



The role also requires meeting daily and weekly calling targets, handling queries professionally, and contributing feedback to improve outreach and engagement strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, including clear spoken English or local languages as relevant, active listening, and professional telephone etiquette.
- Customer service and sales aptitude, with the ability to build rapport, handle objections, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Basic computer proficiency, including use of CRM tools, spreadsheets, email, and online communication platforms.
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage call lists, follow-ups, schedules, and reporting efficiently in a remote setting.
- Prior experience in telesales, presales, customer support, or education-related outreach is preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfort working independently from home, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet space suitable for professional calls.
- Interest in education, public speaking, and learner engagement, with a willingness to learn about FANTASTIQO’s programs and offerings.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an advantage.
