Role Description This is a full-time remote role for Presales Telecallers responsible for booking public speaking video sessions. In this role, you will make outbound calls to prospective learners, parents, and partner institutions to introduce Fantastiqo’s programs and schedule online public speaking sessions. You will maintain call logs, update CRM records, and follow up on leads to ensure timely session bookings and high conversion rates.

Daily responsibilities include explaining program details, answering basic queries, coordinating session timings, and collaborating with the sales and academic teams to improve lead quality and customer experience. You will also contribute feedback from calls to help refine scripts, outreach strategies,



and communication materials.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication and listening skills, with clear spoken English and the ability to build rapport over phone and video calls.
- Candidates should possess basic sales and presales skills, including lead qualification, persuasion, objection handling, and follow-up discipline.
- Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and a learner-focused approach.
- Candidates should possess data entry and CRM skills, including accurate recording of call details, session bookings, and lead status updates.
- Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills to handle call targets, schedules, and daily reporting in a remote setting.
- Comfort with online meeting tools and e-learning platforms, along with general digital literacy, is required.
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, education counseling, or edtech presales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- A minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in any field is preferred. Ability to work independently from home with a reliable internet connection is essential.
