PowerPoint, documents & artwork production

We’re looking for a detail-focused Presentations & Artwork to produce polished, accurate materials for Howden teams across different markets. Most of your work will be building and updating PowerPoint presentations, laying out multi-page documents and adapting approved creative for different uses.

THE ROLE IN BRIEF: This is a hands-on production role. You’ll work from an approved brief, design direction or template, and make sure every file is accurate, consistent and ready to use. You won’t be expected to lead creative concepts.

What you’ll do

- Build, format and update editable PowerPoint presentations using approved templates and layouts, including charts, tables and diagrams.
- Lay out and amend reports, brochures, proposals, guides and other multi-page documents in InDesign.
- Resize and adapt approved artwork for different formats, markets and channels, including social posts, adverts and event materials.
- Prepare digital and print-ready files, including image adjustments, checking links and fonts, packaging and preflight checks where needed.
- Check copy, names, figures, alignment and formatting before sending work for review.
- Keep working files and versions organised, apply Howden brand guidelines consistently, and make changes accurately from feedback.
- Manage several requests and deadlines at once, take part in peer review and Creative Quality Control (CQC), and flag unclear briefs or timing risks early.

What you’ll need





- Around 4 years’ experience in artwork, graphic design, presentation production or a similar role.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Confident PowerPoint production skills, including editable layouts, templates, charts and tables. Slide Master experience is an advantage.
- A strong eye for typography, layout, spacing and detail, plus an understanding of digital and print production.
- An organised approach to files, feedback and deadlines, with explicit communication and the confidence to ask questions when needed.

Good to have

- Experience supporting an established corporate brand across multiple business areas and international markets.
- Experience collaborating with overseas creative teams, including clear handovers across time zones.
- Advanced template skills, including developing reusable PowerPoint and InDesign templates that make production more consistent and efficient.
- Experience producing accessible presentations and documents, including accessible PDFs.

How the role works

You’ll report to the Lead Designer and work closely with Senior Designers. You’ll receive briefs, content and creative direction, then take responsibility for producing the work and raising questions early when something is unclear.
