About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced PPC & Paid Media Specialist with a solid digital marketing agency background and expertise in managing B2B paid media campaigns across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets of $50,000+ across multiple client accounts.
- Drive lead generation, MQL conversions, ROAS, CPL, and pipeline growth.
- Manage keyword research, audience targeting, remarketing, and A/B testing.
- Set up conversion tracking using GA4,



Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Meta Pixel.
- Create performance dashboards and reports using GA4 and Looker Studio.
- Work closely with SEO and content teams to improve campaign performance.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max).
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Good knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Experience managing large-scale B2B paid media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Preferred:

- Digital marketing agency experience.
- Experience handling US, UAE, and EMEA markets.
- Google Ads certifications.
- Exposure to SA360, DV360, and PPC automation tools.
