Roles and Responsibilities:

- Configure and customize Polarion ALM projects, workflows, work items, permissions, notifications, and document structures.
- Develop Polarion customizations and extensions using Java and JavaScript.
- Integrate Polarion with enterprise applications and software engineering toolchains.
- Analyze business and engineering requirements and translate them into scalable ALM solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, issue resolution, release support, and knowledge transfer for Polarion implementations.

Skills Required:

- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in Polarion consulting, ALM implementation, Java development, or JavaScript customization.




- Hands-on experience with Siemens Polarion ALM configuration, administration, and customization.
- Strong Java development experience for Polarion extensions and enterprise integrations.
- Proficiency in JavaScript for scripting, automation, and user-facing Polarion customizations.
- Experience with ALM workflows, requirements management, traceability, reporting, and API-based integrations.

Valuable to Have:
- Experience with OmniStudio (Vlocity).

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
