What would you do?

As part of the core Quantiphi’s Delivery Leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery and execution of key account of Retails & CPG business unit.

Delivery Management:Manage complex delivery engagements across varied service/solution offerings, ensuring successful and timely delivery of projects while meeting the SLA. Have an eye for process improvements to de-risk delivery and streamline delivery operations across the portfolio.

Customer Success and thought leadership:Managing customer communication & relationships with senior stakeholders including CXOs, driving customer success and fostering collaborative partnership, responsible for CSAT/NPS.Drive the customer innovation agenda by our Ai First digital engineering offerings and be the customer advisor and thought leader in RGM and Supply Chain domains

P&L; Management: Must possess deep understanding of P&L; management, margins and overall operational excellence and business profitability.Driving delivery led growth across delivery engagements and responsible for revenue and account growth and diversification across workloads /capabilities to build multi-year partnerships with key accounts in his/her Portfolio and drive operational efficiencies.

Team Management: Build and manage high performance cross-capability teams.



Drive continuous improvement through programs for upskilling/training fresh and lateral talent. Manage and engage a team of 100+ team members, grooming next-gen leaders, building organizational association within teams through focused employee engagement and mentoring to scale and grow them across their career roadmap (Build to Scale).

What's Required?

- Possess 15 - 24 years of experience in delivering data driven technology solutions and products with a distinctive record of professional achievement and impact
- Experience in managing large teams (100+ ) and revenue portfolios of $10Mn & above
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams, and in-depth knowledge in framing, designing and execution of solutions for challenging business problems
- Extensive experience in working with customers having global operations and with diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Experience in working with enterprises from Retails and CPG industries.
- Must have excellent analytical, quantitative and conceptual thinking skills
- Executive demeanor and experience working with senior client executives and Leadership
- A critical thinker with growth mindset, robust decision making ability, customer First attitude, build to scale approach and an effective people leader & mentor.
