About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic PMO with 5 to 15 years of expertise in end-to-end project management, specifically in product development projects. The ideal candidate will have exceptional stakeholder management skills and proficiency in using MSP tools for project planning.

Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Exposure of managing projects with Physical Product Development.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities using MSP tools to ensure milestones are achieved.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product development projects efficiently.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality standards are met.




- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and challenges.

Qualifications

- Experience: 5–15 years of experience in managing end-to-end projects, particularly in NPD / New Product Development.

Required Skills

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MSP tools for project planning and tracking.
- Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong collaboration, leadership, and negotiation abilities.
