We are looking for an experienced Plant Security Head to lead end-to-end security operations at a large manufacturing site. The role will be responsible for safeguarding people, assets, infrastructure, and business operations through effective security governance, risk management, crisis response, and technology-driven security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead plant security strategy and ensure compliance with corporate security policies.
- Drive security risk assessments, audits, investigations, and loss prevention initiatives.
- Manage access control, surveillance systems, traffic management, and security control room operations.
- Lead crisis management, emergency response planning, and business continuity initiatives.
- Oversee deployment and performance of outsourced security personnel.
- Build robust relationships with local authorities, police, and stakeholders for intelligence gathering and risk mitigation.




- Implement security automation, infrastructure enhancement, and technology projects.
- Ensure protection of employees, visitors, assets, and critical infrastructure

Key Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate with 10-15+ years of industrial/security operations experience.
- Proven experience in plant security, risk management, investigations, and crisis handling.
- Strong exposure to CCTV, access control systems, surveillance, and security technologies.
- Experience managing security teams and third-party agencies.
- Defence/Armed Forces background will be an added advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management, decision-making, and leadership skills.

Preferred Industry: Cement, Mining, Manufacturing, Power, Infrastructure, Heavy Engineering.
